#SHOPTALK 2026 you were SO good to us.

From VIP dinners at Hakkasan and Catch to the most memorable goodie bags on the floor (Vegemite, Tim Tams and a "We Don't F*ck Spiders" tote will do that)... it was a week we won't forget.

Our mission was simple: real conversations with real operators about real profitability. No fluff, no panels, just getting into the weeds on margin, efficiency and what it actually takes to scale without bleeding money. And the response validated everything. It was so energizing to be on the ground having those conversations in person.
