Sianne (ProfitPeak): Thanks Daniel for having this chat. Can we start off with what is it about ProfitPeak that you've liked so far?
Daniel (Part&Parcel): So what I like about you guys is amazing communicators, easy to deal with. You do what you say you're gonna do. You over deliver. You're wonderful to deal with. But most importantly, your tech is amazing and it works, especially the Klaviyo stuff. I can see the benefits there. I've seen a dramatic increase, uplifting revenue from your flows. The cookies or whatever you do is working really well. And Sherpa just gets better and better. It's really guiding me towards how I need to promote through Instagram and all of that. The data's really helping me figure out what products, the high growth margin yielding products, are working really well.
Sianne (ProfitPeak): I love that. Let me ask you a couple of questions if you don't mind. What was your first win that you felt you had with ProfitPeak?
Daniel (Part&Parcel): Definitely Klaviyo. That was a real tangible win. I was able to see the exact revenue that you were creating. I could already see that just by putting your code in and utilising the flows that are already created, that's bringing in 3 times that amount. So that was the first win.
Sianne (ProfitPeak): Has Sherpa given you any surprising intel that you didn't know before?
Daniel (Part&Parcel): You know, it's just validating. I think business owners just know in their heart of hearts. But what it does do is it validates your gut. And it also condenses the data really nicely. That's what AI does, it's really good at computing data. That's been a really nice win for me as well.
Sianne (ProfitPeak): One more and then I promise you're free. What were your thoughts about the onboarding process compared to other places you've onboarded? Did you find this setup easy?
Daniel (Part&Parcel): I think it goes to my point before, just really easy. Just dealing with you, and Derek at the start was fantastic. Just an easy onboarding. And you guys were really patient with me. That was a really good one. And also just the plug and play, like yesterday when I just plugged in analytics, it was just perfect. Took me 2 seconds.
